The exact position for the second bearing on the larger gear wheel is the problem.

I think, I can go directly to version 2.1 milled out of aluminum...

Drive Shaft Measurement

First I need to know how they made the original drive shaft.

 Second: Thinking about the most perfect test drive shaft.

Drivetrain 2.0

The first parts for the new drivetrain just came in.

So what is the plan..
 I will test a 2:1 drivetrain with industrial components.
When everything works out, I will make the parts lighter and possibly fabricated new parts out of 7075 aluminum.
We will see.
